1.4. How to sync Tasks with iOS Reminders or Google Tasks

Calendars 5 allows syncing Tasks with Google Tasks or iOS Reminders. The sync with iOS Reminders takes place upon reminder creation (either in Calendars 5 or the Reminders Client app), edit or Calendars 5 launch. This sync is instantaneous.  Calendars 5 sync with Google Tasks after the app launch, task creation or edit in the app. The Tasks added or edited via Google web interface will sync upon app launch or after you prompt the app to sync in settings.

Calendars 5 syncs with iOS Reminders by default.

To set up the sync:

iPhone

  1. Tap  .
  2. Tap  .
  3. Tap Task Options.
  4. Enable the toggle for iOS Reminders or Google Tasks.

iPad

  1. Tap  .
  2. Tap Task Options.
  3. Enable the toggle for iOS Reminders or Google Tasks.

Note: Calendars 5 cannot be synced with Google and Reminders at the same time.
