PDF Expert app allows you to select the view theme while you’re reading the file. To perform that, tap the ‘AA’ button on the top bar in PDF viewer in order to call the ‘Reading options’ menu and select ‘Day’ (default), ‘Night’ or ‘Sepia’ theme there.
