4.5. Create and Edit Table of Contents

To create new outlines, please follow these instructions:

  1. Launch PDF Expert 6
  2. Click on button
  3. Choose Outlines
  4. Tap Edit
  5. Click “+” to add a new Outline Item

To edit outlines:

  1. Launch PDF Expert 6
  2. Click on button
  3. Choose Outlines 
  4. Tap Edit
  5. Click on icon to edit it

To delete the outline:

  1. Launch PDF Expert 5
  2. Click on button
  3. Choose Outlines 
  4. Tap Edit
  5. Click on Trash icon to delete the outline

To create multi-level outlines, please:

  1. Launch PDF Expert 5
  2. Click on button
  3. Choose Outlines 
  4. Tap Edit
  5. Tap and hold button, drag and drop it on the necessary outline when it’s highlighted blue
