4.3. Video calls integration

Calendars by Readdle allows you and your team to join GoToMeeting and Zoom meetings right from your calendar. Create an event, add a Conference Call and when the time has come, join the meeting without even leaving the app.

Connect Zoom or GoToMeeting to Calendars

  1. Open Calendars for Mac.
  2. Use the ⌘, shortcut (press and hold ⌘ and press , ). Alternatively, click Calendars in the Menu Bar at the top > Preferences.
  3. Scroll down and click Services.
  4. Click Sign In next to the service of your choice and follow the on-screen instructions. That's it!

Create an event with a Conference Call

  1. Open the Calendar section on the sidebar.
  2. Click the plus icon at the top right.
  3. Type a short event description and press Enter.
  4. In the Event Editing dialog, click Add Attendee and enter the email addresses of people you want to invite.
  5. Click Add Conference Call and select the service of your choice.
  6. Make sure all the needed settings of the dialog are finished and click Save at the bottom.

Add a Conference Call to an existing future event

  1. Open Calendars by Readdle.
  2. Click an event you want to add a Conference Call to.
  3. Click Edit at the bottom left of the dialog.
  4. Click Add Attendee and enter the email addresses of people you want to invite.
  5. Click Add Conference Call and select the service of your choice.
  6. Make sure all the needed settings of the dialog are finished and click Save at the bottom.

Join the  GoToMeeting or Zoom meeting through Spark

  1. Open Calendars by Readdle.
  2. Click an event needed and follow the link.

Remove a connected service

  1. Open Calendars for Mac.
  2. Use the ⌘, shortcut (press and hold ⌘ and press , ). Alternatively, click Calendars in the Menu Bar at the top > Preferences.
  3. Scroll down and click Services.
  4. Select Log Out next to the needed service.
