1.9. 'Untrusted Enterprise Developer' Message

Having installed iOS 9 you will receive the Untrusted Enterprise Developer pop up. You get it because the application is signed via an enterprise certificate that has not yet been trusted by the user. 

To trust the application go to Settings, select General and open Device Management, choose Readdle Inc. profile and tap Trust.
