If you checked your printer compatibility with Printer Pro Lite, printed the 4 test documents successfully, installed Printer Pro and found that the full version of the application does not work, we recommend you remove Printer Pro Lite. After this, perform a reboot of your device and check how Printer Pro works.
If the issue still persists, reinstall the Printer Pro application, the imported settings from the Lite version of the app might work improperly within the full version of Printer Pro.
