You can use Safari Reading mode to get clean a PDF without any redundant info.
For this, you can follow the steps below:
1. Open a web page and switch to reading mode in Safari.
This will remove the clutter from the web page.
3. Tap and hold on the text and select the whole article.
4. Select copy
5. Go to PDF Converter,
5. Tap Clipboard and you will see the text of the article nicely placed on the page and ready for converting.
