Your PDF Office files can be migrated from an iPad to a Mac or PC via iTunes — you will be able to move the files or even folders to your desktop safely if you follow these steps:
1. Connect your iPad to a computer via USB cable.
2. Open iTunes and click on the iPad’s name on the top toolbar.
3. Switch to Apps tab and scroll down to the File Sharing section.
4. Click on PDF Office icon to see the list of your files and save documents to your computer by using drag and drop.
