5.8. "Unsupported Personality: Unknown" issue

If this error message appears, change a Printer Description Language.

To do this:

1. Go to Printer List and tap on your printer to remove it.   
2. Tap + Add Printer.
3. Select your printer model in the list or add the printer using its IP address.   
4. Tap Print Test Page.
5. Tap Looks Bad.
6. After that, Language menu will allow you to change the language. Try printing with every presented option.

If the issue persists, it means that none of the languages Printer Pro supports are not suitable for your printer. Install Printer Pro Desktop on your computer.
