If your printer is not identified automatically or you cannot work with your printer directly, the Printer Pro app suggests installing the helper application Printer Pro Desktop to print wirelessly via a PC or Mac.
Before installing the helper application, try to configure your wireless printing with the Printer Pro application following these ways:
If these tricks do not help, you need to install the helper application Printer Pro Desktop by tapping on the blue button illustrating on the screenshot below.
After that, download Printer Pro Desktop on a computer or laptop using the link. Once the helper application is installed, tap 'Already Installed' within the Printer Pro application to continue your printer setup.
