Open Calendars on all the devices and go to the Settings section:
1. On Mac:
Open Calendars app > click Calendars at the top left > Preferences.
2. On iPhone:
Open Calendars app > hamburger button at the top left > Settings.
Make sure that all the apps have the same accounts connected and the same calendar set in the Default Calendar section.
